The study of ethnic cultures and cultural constants is still in the focus of professional interest of linguist cognitologists. Special attention is given to the study of zoomorphic codes, processes of value perception and practical cognition of the surrounding world by the man himself through the notional sphere of the animal. The focus of the present article is the associative relationship of human courage and its embodiment in animalistic images.
