Labor market requirements to the alumni’s vocational training

The article touches upon the actual problem of alumni’s employability. Nowadays, the labor market imposes strict requirements to the alumni’s vocational competences. A high priority of the social and economic development of the nation, giving the unstable political situation in the world, is training of professionally oriented specialists aimed at the realization of ambitious national projects. Higher schools must pay attention to the market needs and insert changes to the syllabus according to clear understanding of actual economic issues. Career planning events held by our University, allows it to rank decently among the leading higher schools of the world. The results of the poll show that students are interested in getting deep professional skills, they are ready to innovations in the sphere of the education, especially in the fields which they see as their future vocational activities.
