Diagnosis of gender identity preschoolers with autism spectrum disorders

the article examines the difficulties of diagnosing autism as such, describes the problems of "descriptive" autism, touches on the problem of diagnosing gender identity within the framework of the general diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders. An attempt has been made to diagnose the mental component of gender and behavioral manifestations. The article describes methods for diagnosing gender identity based on a survey of parents, as well as a direct study of preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder. An explanation of the choice of techniques and the logic of their use is given. The levels of autism and the contingent of subjects are described on the basis of the selected levels. The results of the study on the selected methods are described, the identified problems are described.
