Variability of motor abilities of schoolgirls aged 11-12 in the process of physical education

The article identifies three factors of the development of the motor sphere of girls aged 11-12 years - the development of dexterity against the background of inhibition of the growth of muscular bioenergetics; high-speed and speed-strength abilities combined with broad-mindedness; high strength abilities and general endurance combined with high morphofunctional development. The patterns are a reflection of the sensitive periods of development of the motor sphere of fifth-graders, It is shown that their manifestation differs in locality and is determined by the pace of morphofunctional development and the formation of narrow-wide complexity. A regression equation has been found that allows the child to be assigned to a specific locus (cluster) of the development of the motor sphere.
