BULYAR LAND VOLOST IN THE LAST THIRTY YEARS OF THE 18TH CENTURY

The article deals with the main events in the life of the estates of the Bulyar land volost. They still carried out the allowance of "teptyars" and yasak tatars of different volosts, which led to a change in the class structure of individual villages. Sale of patrimonial lands to Count A.K. Razumovsky, lieutenant general A.G. Petrovo-Solovovo, second major D.A. Chirkov and breeder A.S. Inozemtsev, the territory of the landed volost was noticeably reduced, which in the future inevitably affected the level of provision with land for both votchins and pripuschnikov.
