SPECIAL PROJECTS IN THE FORMATION OF GENERAL CIVIC VALUES OF YOUTH IN THE CONDITIONS OF ETHNIC AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY OF THE REGIONS OF RUSSIA

The socio-cultural institutions of the Russian Federation face important tasks to preserve the individuality and uniqueness in the multinational culture of the country, the uniqueness and originality of each ethnic group, in each region, including the formation of general civic values of the population and especially young people. Numerous studies and regional practices show that mass events and specially created event projects aimed at increasing confidence in the institutions of power and the state among young people as a whole can improve the situation and become a real basis for the formation and consolidation of a sense of belonging to the Russian civil nation. The article, based on the results of sociological research, substantiates the potential of special events in promoting general civic values and introducing young people to them.
