TEACHER-MENTOR AS A BENEFICIARY OF THE SECURITY OF THE SYSTEM PROCESSES OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

The purpose of the study was to determine the proportion of teachers - mentors identified by students who, due to the balance of professional roles, are interested in ensuring the comprehensive security of educational organizations, as well as to identify the prerequisites for the formation of the beneficiary's position. The article considers approaches to the problem of mentor identification by students of educational organizations of the secondary vocational education system through their accentuation of the professional and pedagogical image. Survey and interviewing methods were used to conduct the study; frequency and correlation methods were used to process and statistically analyze the results. The results of the study are that 67.8% of young people remembered teachers-mentors, whom they identified by the balance of the pedagogical position; the average proportion between the categories of teachers conventionally called "teachers - mentors", "teaching teachers" and "educating teachers" is 20.3 : 3.9: 1 in favor of the former; mentors demonstrate an interest in ensuring the comprehensive protection of an educational organization, manifested through the observance of rights and freedoms, the inadmissibility of various manifestations of violence, insults and violations of discipline that hinder the sustainable development of all subjects of education and the organization as a whole, which determines the position of the beneficiary of the security of educational organizations.
