THE PROBLEM OF THE HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOCIO-CULTURAL PHENOMENON OF SECTARIANISM IN RUSSIA

This article is material for familiarization with such a historical phenomenon as sectarianism. The paper examines the problems of the emergence and development of the sociocultural phenomenon of sectarianism in Russia. The purpose of the article is to study the specifics of the historical development of this phenomenon on the territory of Russia. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of several types of sects that played an important role in the history of our country. An analysis of the structure and special features of sectarian organizations was also carried out. The conclusion at the end of the article demonstrates the condensed points of the study stated earlier.
