PARATAXIS AND LINGUISTIC FEATURES OF F. KAFKA'S PARABLE "GIBS AUF"

The study in this article is conducted on the material of Franz Kafka's work "Gibs auf". The main attention is paid to the composition of the work, as well as the linguistic means that allowed the author to build the existing composition. Parataxis is of particular importance here. F. Kafka used it in this parable, thereby presenting an original way of organizing the structure of the text. At the same time, complex sentences, consisting of many simple ones, have a special pragmatic purpose not only for building a plot line, but also for giving dynamics to the narrative.
