SOURCES ABOUT THE FATE OF I. N. ANTROPOV'S CHISTOPOL MERCHANT SON AFTER THE REVOLUTION IN THE FUND OF THE "MAIN BUREAU FOR RUSSIAN EMIGRANTS IN MANCHURIA" OF THE STATE ARCHIVE OF THE KHABAROVSK TERRITORY

The article provides information about the son of a representative of the commercial elite of the district city of Chistopol, Kazan province, I. N. Antropov, who left with the army of A.V. Kolchak and V. O. Kappel during the Civil War and found himself in exile in the state of Manchuria. The source base of the study was the materials of the foundation "Main Bureau for Russian Emigrants in Manchuria", stored in the State Archive of the Khabarovsk Territory. The purpose of the study is to determine what information potential the emigrant's personal file has, whether it is possible to reconstruct living conditions and everyday life on its basis, to identify the emigrant's attitude to the Soviet government and the political regime that was established in Manchuria in the 1930s. The main facts of the biography of the merchant's son I. N. Antropov have been established. It is concluded that the skills of commercial activity acquired in the family, education received back in tsarist Russia, became necessary conditions for his life in a foreign land.
