Specialists engaged in professional and business communication in a modern multicultural environment require intercultural communication skills, since they exchange information with representatives of completely different cultures and faiths. Without sufficient competence and knowledge of other cultures, mistakes may occur in the implementation of communication, difficulties in the process of professional and business interaction. In this regard, the importance of training specialists from the standpoint of the formation of intercultural competence is increasing. The purpose of the study is to reveal the communicative and speech aspects of professional and business communication in a multicultural (multicultural) educational environment. The article describes the communication, cultural and linguistic barriers in intercultural communication, identifies the components of the culture of professional and business communication in a multicultural (multicultural) educational environment, describes the communicative and speech aspects of professional and business communication. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the systematization of information about the communicative and speech aspects of professional and business communication in a multicultural (multicultural) educational environment. As a result, it is concluded that improving communication in a multicultural professional and business environment is a multifaceted task that requires thoughtful strategies and constant efforts on the part of educational systems. An example of an interdisciplinary special course "Professional communication in a multicultural environment: psychological and communicative-speech aspects" is given.
