The article examines the current situation in the system of training highly qualified teachers in both Russia and China. A comparative analysis of current trends that are currently present in the educational sector of both countries is carried out, their similarities and differences are analyzed. It is emphasized that both states have common development features that manifest themselves in many areas: economic, political, social, cultural and, consequently, educational, which, of course, determines largely similar ways in improving and modernizing the teaching industry. First of all, this is due to the trends in the integration of Russian and Chinese educational systems with global university schools. At the same time, the work focuses on the fact that differences in the mentality and language structure of Russians and Chinese contribute to the logical existence of their own unique features that distinguish educational schools in Russia and China from each other.
