The relevance of studying the features of using the pedagogical potential of tourism facilities in the educational work of children's sports clubs is due to the poorly developed problem of pedagogical design of educational systems of educational organizations of additional education and sports clubs. The content of the article reveals the features of the organization of educational activities, which must be taken into account when designing the holistic process of personality formation of a student in a children's sports club. The developed approach to the organization of the educational activities of the children's sports club is based on the main ideas and provisions of the author's concept "Education of children and adolescents in the process of tourist activity", involving the implementation of the diactical principles of cultural conformity, naturalness, integration of cultural heritage, consistency, etc.
