The article is devoted to the issues of the influence of digitalization of education on the formation of the professional position of a teacher. Analysis of scientific literature has shown that with the rapid development of digital technologies, changes in all spheres of human life, the need for highly qualified teachers who are able to work in completely new conditions and solve problems of varying complexity is significantly increasing, which requires special attention to their training. The purpose of the study is to analyze the concepts of "professional position of a future teacher", "digitalization of education", definition and experimental verification of the conditions for the formation of the professional position of a future teacher. Disclosing the role of digitalization of education in the professional and personal development of future teachers made it possible to identify the conditions for the formation of the professional position of a future teacher in the educational process of a higher educational institution. The study was carried out using theoretical and empirical research methods: analysis, generalization, comparison of various views on the problem under study in order to identify the state of its development; systematization, observation, questionnaire, testing, statistical processing of data. The effectiveness of the implementation of pedagogical conditions that had a significant impact on the formation of the professional position of the future teacher is shown. The conclusion is made that targeted formation of the professional position of the future teacher requires continuous self-education, the presence of values, attitudes, views, motivations that allow him to effectively perform professional activities.
