Facilitating the positive socialization of adolescents is one of the key conditions for the effectiveness of the educational process, as the content and dynamics of all major achievements of the individual largely depend on the modality of experiences that students undergo in social situations of development (L. S. Vygotsky).
Positive experiences of the individual in response to external influences contribute to a positive character of socialization and initiate, inspire the adolescent to engage in productive and creative actions. In contrast, negative experiences exert a suppressive effect, hindering the assimilation and adaptation of humanity's cultural experience into the cultural experience of the student. Based on theoretical analysis, experimental work, and the generalization of many years of pedagogical experience, the author proposes anthropological, axiological, methodological, and organizational-pedagogical conditions for facilitating the positive socialization of adolescents, which should be appropriately established in adolescent-adult communities. It is essential to form in educational institutions such co-existential environment of mutual respect and participation that would promote the interiorization of universal human values by adolescents, enrich the content of education with personally significant meanings, and enable each individual to realize their potential in relation to themselves, society, and the surrounding world. Positive socialization encompasses the personal satisfaction of each community member with the collaboratively planned and evaluated activities, as well as the individual responsibility of each participant for maintaining respectful relationships and ensuring the success of the collective endeavor. This endeavor is related to the assimilation and development of the community's cultural and historical traditions, mastering and expanding options for meaningful social roles within it, and internalizing while simultaneously refining and optimizing norms and rules of behavior in the community, taking into account the characteristics of contemporary social and cultural reality. The article is addressed to educators in supplementary education institutions, specialists in the field of educational work, and parents of adolescents.
