Ma Yaning   (Postgraduate student General pedagogy, history of pedagogy and education Institute of Foreign Languages Peoples' Friendship University of Russia Moscow, Russia )

The article examines the educational practices of ethnic minorities in Russia, emphasizing their cultural identity and integration into society. The evolution of educational institutions is emphasized in a historical context, from Russian-people's schools in the Russian Empire to modern approaches aimed at meeting ethnocultural needs. A study of different ethnic groups, such as Armenians, Belarusians, Kazakhs, and Koreans, illustrates successful examples of organizing educational programs and cultural activities that contribute to the preservation of languages and traditions. However, the article also raises serious problems such as lack of funding and qualified personnel, which makes it difficult to implement effective educational programs. The conclusion emphasizes the need for an integrated approach to the development of the educational system to ensure equal opportunities for all Russian citizens and to contribute to the preservation of cultural diversity.
