This study conducts a comparative analysis of semantics, structure, and intercultural application of conventional comparisons in Chinese and Russian languages, identifying their commonalities and differences within the context of business communication. Through literature review, case studies, and empirical data, the research reveals semantic similarities in animal metaphors and economic phenomena but also observes considerable discrepancies in linguistic structure and cultural-cognitive perception. The study underscores the importance of employing cultural adaptation strategies during business negotiations and advertising campaigns to reduce miscommunication risks and increase collaboration effectiveness. Findings highlight that a profound understanding of intercultural features of conventional comparisons contributes to linguistic support and facilitates pathways for cultural integration in Sino-Russian business interactions.

Keywords:conventional comparisons, intercultural analysis, semantic similarities, structural differences, business communication, business negotiations.
