THE THEORETICAL ASPECT OF THE PEDAGOGICAL EXPERTISE OF ADDITIONAL ADULT EDUCATION

The article analyzes approaches to assessing the quality of adult education. Theoretical aspects of this field are discussed in the context of pedagogical expertise, with an emphasis on issues related to improving the quality of educational programs and their standardization. The article also addresses the introduction of pedagogical expertise as a method of scientific analysis into the system of continuous education, aimed at identifying key problems in lifelong education and finding solutions to improve the effectiveness of adult education.
