PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FUTURE BACHELORS OF TOURISM TO THE RECREATIONAL- RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

The relevance of finding ways to improve the quality of professional training for future specialists in the field of tourism and service is determined by the requirements of modern educational standards and the needs of society for competent and highly qualified specialists. One of the poorly developed types of professional activity for a bachelor of tourism is the organization and conduct of various recreational and health-improving activities based on the use of physical recreation facilities. In this regard, one of the main objectives of the study was to identify and experimentally test the organizational and pedagogical conditions for improving the effectiveness of professional training for tourism bachelors in the field of recreational and health-improving activities. The results of the implementation of the identified conditions in the course of experimental work showed the expediency of the approach we proposed to the interdisciplinary integration of the content of professional training for a bachelor of tourism, and ensured the effectiveness of forming students' readiness for recreational and health-improving activities.
