CASE STUDY ON STIMULATING TEENAGERS INTEREST IN FICTION WORKS

Nowadays, cinema often replaces fiction books. The relevance of this study is due to the prevailing popularity of cinema over fiction. The aim of the work is to determine the preferences teenagers from 15 to 20 years old, regarding the choice of familiarisation with an original artistic work (book, play, etc.). by watching its film adaptation (film, film, TV series, etc.). The main method of research is survey method. The hypothesis of the study is that at present teenagers prefer watching a film to reading a book. The object of the research are opinions of the target audience. According to the research results, teenagers prefer to watch films to reading the original literature source.
