The article examines the features of organizing cultural and leisure activities of young people. It is noted that the implementation of these practices plays an important role in the personal development of each young person. At the same time, it is necessary to strive to ensure that possible leisure is not only interesting, but also within its framework, conditions are created for the development of creativity of representatives of the younger generation, their comprehensive integration into the system of social relations. This can be ensured by taking into account a number of pedagogical conditions for the effective organization of cultural and leisure activities in modern conditions.
