Abstract. Analyticism in the field of word formation remains one of the little-studied problems of linguistics. The active formation of derived words based on syntactic units reinforces not only the tendency towards linguistic economy, but also towards analyticism. The article discusses the types of derived words synonymous with producing syntactic structures – phrases and sentences. Analyticism is manifested in the substitution of components of derived words (prefixes and bases of complex words) of modifiable words in the original propositional structures.
