The paper specifies the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization and implementation of the educational process, the result of which is the formation of the properties and qualities inherent in the personality of the winner. The authors study various pedagogical concepts that reveal the essence and content of the concepts of "victory" and "winner," and specify the specifics of these terms in relation to the realities of modern life.
By studying the fundamental works of Russian educators, the authors form an understanding of the differences between scientific and everyday interpretations of victory, as well as the organization of the educational process in higher education. Based on the principles of pedagogical science, researchers define the specifics of this universal concept from various perspectives.
The publication presents the experience of students' perception of the concept of "victory" at a higher educational institution, which was identified in the context of pedagogical diagnostics of first- and second-year students. By focusing on the content components of the pedagogical phenomenon of "victory," the authors identify pedagogical concepts that allow for the specification of the properties and qualities of a victor's personality and the specific nature of the educational process that can be used to form and strengthen these personal characteristics. This empirical study not only reveals students' perception of victory but also provides insights into the potential for shaping the educational process.
