NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION AS AN ELEMENT OF DEVELOPING COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH MANAGERS-TO-BE WHILE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING

The article deals with the problems of training prospective managers in non-verbal communication on the discipline “Foreign language in the professional sphere”. It is proved that manager's ignorance of non-verbal communication peculiarities can negatively affect the results of business activities. Some samples of using body language in the course of intercultural communication are given. It is concluded that teaching the elements of non-verbal communication while foreign language training is demanded in current education. Some pedagogical conditions are proposed, the fulfillment of which contributes to the achievement of the goal - training a competitive manager.
