This article examines methodological approaches to modeling the human resources potential of an educational organization, including systems analysis and consideration of psychological aspects. The aim of the study is to determine a method for shaping the operator's human resources workflow and develop optimization methods for optimizing human resources. Modern systems methods of analysis, collective decision-making, and psychological assessment in human resources management are considered. The practical innovation lies in the potential application of the developed models to improve the quality of human resources management and enable the development of educational institutions.
