Zmazhenko Ilya Ruslanovich  (Associate Professor, Melitopol State University)

Ribalchenko Yuri Nikolaevich  (Teacher, Melitopol State University)

The relevance of this study stems from the fragmented nature of existing approaches to developing psychological resilience and the prevalence of authoritarian models of interaction in the training process, which hinder the development of autonomy and reflective skills in athletes. The aim of the study is to develop and validate an integrative method for developing psychological resilience based on the principles of collaboration in training and competition. The object of the study is the process of psychological preparation of young athletes for competition, and the subject is the pedagogical conditions and methodological tools for developing psychological resilience through the implementation of subject-subject interaction in the sports training system. The scientific novelty of this work lies in the conceptualization of an integrative methodology that combines cognitive, emotional-regulatory, communicative, and motivational-volitional components through the systematic application of the principles of dialogicity, shared goal-setting, reflexivity, and autonomy support. This transforms the coach's role from an authoritarian instructor to a facilitator of the athlete's subjective development.

Keywords:psychological resilience of young athletes, competitive stress, collaborative pedagogy in sport, integrative psychological preparation methodology.
