The article substantiates a systematic approach to the formation of professional physical culture of future teachers, focused on overcoming the fragmentation of training through interdisciplinary integration and ensuring the continuity of the educational process in the context of digitalization, inclusion and individualization of learning. The conceptual model is based on the structural and functional design of the content and organization of training, coupled with the activity‑based construction of quasi-professional practices, which makes it possible to link the development of disciplines with the solution of complex pedagogical tasks. An empirical test was conducted at three pedagogical universities in 2018-2024 and included 487 students divided into control and experimental groups; the comparison was performed using statistical procedures (SPSS 26.0, Statistica 13.0) at a significance level of p<0.05. It is shown that the implementation of the system model provides a more pronounced increase in the integral indicator of professional readiness: 41.8 in the experimental groups versus 18.2 in the control groups, and is also accompanied by statistically significant differences in a number of specific indicators (p=0.001). The presented results are interpreted as confirmation of the effectiveness of the integrative logic of training, in which interdisciplinary connections and learning continuity function not as a declarative principle, but as a measurable mechanism for improving the professional viability of graduates.
