THE COMMUNICATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE WORK OF SCHOOL PRINCIPAL’S ADVISOR FOR EDUCATION

Communication plays an important role in building and development of interaction between the society members. Its meaning is especially important for humanitarian spheres of social life, in which core is a human activity. For example, the pedagogical art is mainly built on the ways and means of effective communication. One of new jobs which includes the skills in pedagogy and management is a School Principals’ Advisor for Education. Its representatives interact with many people; thus, they need to know different communicative technologies to reach the goals of their professional activity. Using the analysis of work responsibilities of School Principal’s Advisors for Education, the author examines several social groups of the principal interaction, distinguishes their features, which are to be considered in communication, and offers the most suitable and effective communicative technologies for it.
