The article is devoted to topical issues of the implementation of housing policy in the Republic of Tatarstan. Much attention is paid to the state of the housing stock, social and housing programs that were adopted and implemented in Tatarstan to eliminate the dilapidated housing stock and provide citizens with new, comfortable housing.
