APPLICATION OF AN INTEGRATED MOTOR ABILITIES MONITORING SYSTEM FOR MIDDLE-DISTANCE RUNNERS IN AN AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY

This article presents the results of implementing an integrated motor abilities monitoring system for middle-distance runners at an agricultural university. The application of this system allows for the individualization of training loads and the optimization of the work-to-recovery ratio. In the context of combining athletic and academic activities, this approach helps prevent overtraining and promotes the growth of athletic performance.
