GENRE FEATURES OF PREACHING IN MEDIA FORMAT (USING ARCHPRIEST OLEG STENYAEV AS AN EXAMPLE)

Modern non-liturgical sermon presented in the Internet space is a unique genre that combines traditional elements of church sermon with media format techniques. Being the object of research by a number of linguists (T.V. Itskovich, E.Yu. Medvedev, N.D. Futkaradze, A.Yu. Malafeev and others), modern preaching also has a number of unexplored aspects. The article examines the genre structure of modern non-liturgical sermon using the example of the speeches of the clergyman Oleg Stenyaev, highlights the key components of the sermon and their functioning in the context of modern religious discourse.
