The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the problem of validity of information in a scientific text from the point of view of modern criteria proposed for assessing the validity of scientific information, as well as language and auxiliary means that ensure their implementation. It examines in detail the criteria of validity from the point of view of various approaches to the problem of validation of scientific information, and describes specific ways to achieve an assessment of text information as valid, such as the categories of evidentiality and perceptivity in a scientific text. The article also presents language and other expressive means that contribute to the most accurate presentation of the author's thought and its adequate perception by the recipient of the text, which leads to the correct validation of text information. This study is relevant, since it allows for the provision of a mechanism for the primary assessment of the validity of scientific texts for the separation of scientific and pseudoscientific information in the minds of the recipient of the text. The request for the formation of such a mechanism is currently significant due to the abundance of scientific information in electronic media, the quality of which does not always meet the criteria of science. The information presented in this article may be of interest to specialists dealing with the problem of validation of scientific information, philologists and readers of scientific texts interested in consuming high-quality information.
