The linguistic image of the world is a system of human views on the world, on society, on nature, expressed in language. An image is defined as a reflection in the human psyche of the objective world, mediated by objective meanings and corresponding cognitive schemes and amenable to conscious reflection. The individual-personality type of the image of the world, mediated by personal meanings, and the invariant one, mediated by common features in the vision of the world of different people, are distinguished. Different people are characterized by different images of the world due to their different cultural and historical conditioning in formation, which includes culture, society, nationality. The image of the world is considered as a process to the extent that the ideal integral product of conscious work changes.
