This article provides a discourse analysis of speech aggression in the professional radio discourse of EMERCOM employees based on 50 emergency reports. Lexical-semantic (invectives, colloquialisms), syntactic (imperatives of excess, interruptions), pragmatic (sarcasm, rhetoric), and graphic (caps, exclamations) markers of aggression were identified and systematized. Their negative impact on intercultural interaction was established: Russian straightforwardness causes semantic shifts in Asian partners, while sarcasm is perceived as an insult by Europeans. An original model of linguistic reframing was developed that transforms invectives into neutral performatives.
Keywords:verbal aggression, radio discourse, Ministry of Emergency Situations, discourse analysis, linguistic reframing, intercultural communication, invectives, linguistic personality.
