Development of a political education system of the youth in a large city on the example of St. Petersburg

The article discusses important aspects of youth political socialization through the development and establishment of new institutions of political education. The author proposes to apply to such institutions of political participation as political discussion club, the Council of political youth, unified information policy portal and other. These areas developing would solve the issues of not only effective preparation of new management personnel, but also to provide a process of "soft" youth political socialization in St. Petersburg .
