The creation of strategic directions of development of it services in higher education

The article reveals the essence of the IT-strategy of an educational institution, defines its main elements and stages of development. Covers the main concepts related to IT-strategy, role of information technology in the enterprise, and the need for their implementation. Analyzed the development strategy of information system of the DSU, and recommendations for improvement of the IT-infrastructure. The IT-strategy of the University should ensure the systematic development of its information system, dynamically modifying it in accordance with the requirements of companies and educational institutions. The competitiveness of the University depends largely on the effective management and implementation of modern standards in the field of IT-management.
