the article explores modern innovative technologies of career guidance activities in pedagogical universities, adapted to the requirements of the digital transformation of the educational environment. The author presents an analysis of effective career guidance tools, including pedagogical business games, quests, SWOT analysis, and practical work in educational technology parks, with an emphasis on pedagogical classes as a mechanism for early professional orientation. The key strategic tasks of effective career guidance in pedagogical universities are identified: development of social partnerships, creation of specialized infrastructure, regional monitoring of personnel needs, and support for pedagogically gifted youth. The position is substantiated that the systematic application of innovative career guidance technologies contributes to the formation of a motivated student contingent prepared for professional pedagogical activities in the digital educational environment.
