MEDIATIZATION OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES SECTOR: MEDIA-LINGUISTIC ASPECT

The article examines the specific features of the mediatization of the housing and communal services (HCS) sector in the context of digital communication transformation. The author analyses examples from the media practices of management companies Vysota-Service Group, Alfa City LLC, and PIK-Comfort Management Company, in particular their Telegram channels — @vysotaarhitektor, @vysotaregisseur, @uk_pikcomfort, and @oooalpha_city. The study identifies the media-linguistic characteristics of contemporary HCS discourse, such as the blending of official and conversational styles, the visualisation of information, and the formation of an empathetic and dialogic tone. It is demonstrated that mediatization contributes to the humanisation of institutional language and transforms administrative interaction into a form of public media dialogue, thereby turning the public sphere into an open communicative space.
