THE "ARTIST'S ROAD" UNITED FRONT BRAND AS A FACTOR IN PROMOTING CULTURAL REVIVAL IN ETHNIC BORDER AREAS

This article examines the role of the "Artist's Road" united front brand, initiated by Heihe University, as a catalyst for the cultural revival of ethnic border areas. Key mechanisms and methods are analyzed, including the integration of the university's resource advantages and innovative activity formats focused on arts education, creativity, cultural heritage preservation, and social service. Particular attention is paid to the practical results of the brand's implementation, demonstrating its social, branding, and demonstration effects in the context of strengthening national unity and promoting sustainable development in ethnic areas.
