CONTEMPORARY PRACTICES OF INNOVATIVE EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING DIRECTOR'S ADVISORS ON EDUCATION IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

the article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations, regulatory and organizational logic and modern practices of training a new category of teaching staff – advisers to the director of education and interaction with children's public associations (hereinafter referred to as the adviser to the director of education). An overview of existing models of professional training of advisers is presented: targeted intensive courses and advanced training courses implemented with the participation of the Ministry of Education of Russia and federal children's centers (Artek, etc.), network regional practices, as well as the practice of pedagogical universities building new educational tracks focused on long-term, competence-based and value-rich training of future advisers. Special attention is paid to the experience of training at the M. E. Mordovian State University. Evsevieva (hereinafter – MSPU): the objective competencies of the adviser are substantiated, the organizational and pedagogical conditions, the structure of the module of practice-oriented learning, including interaction with the Centers of Children's Initiatives of the school and student self-government are described.
