This article examines the methodological support for training trade union personnel in the context of continuing professional education. An analysis of the regulatory, legal, and scientific literature on the subject matter is conducted. Existing definitions of the term «methodological support» are examined. The components of methodological support for training trade union personnel are identified. Key conditions facilitating the effective training of trade union personnel are identified, the components of methodological support are analyzed, and the results of the study on the topic are presented. A pedagogical model for training trade union personnel is proposed, aimed at improving the quality of the educational process and accelerating the adaptation of trade union personnel to modern challenges. Criteria for the effectiveness of the pedagogical model for training trade union personnel in continuing professional education are formulated.
