The relevance of the study is due to the need to integrate humanitarian knowledge into the educational process of technical universities in order to form a holistic cultural picture of the world of students, contributing to their professional and social adaptation. The purpose of the study is to identify and systematize cultural concepts that form the cultural picture of the world of students of scientific and technical universities. the specifics of the cultural picture of the world of students of technical universities; determining the role of cultural concepts in the formation of a given picture of the world. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, synthesis, generalization, systematization. As a result of the study, the following conclusion was formulated: cultural concepts play a key role in the formation of the cultural picture of the world of students of technical universities, determining their value orientations, worldview and behavioral models.
