ECONOMIC EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE URALS IN THE CONTEXT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES (MID-20TH CENTURY)

This article examines the economic education of working youth in the Urals in the mid-20th century. The research is based on statistical data, periodicals, and state archives. This article describes the activities of youth economic education clubs at industrial enterprises, describes the economic training system, analyzes the methods used, new forms of active learning (practical assignments, collective essay writing to optimize production activities and save money), and conducts sociological research to assess student satisfaction with the economic training system. The work of educational classrooms is also discussed. Research methods include systems analysis and generalization. This study of the organization of youth economic education at enterprises in the Urals in the 20th century allows us to examine the experience and conclude that it can be applied in modern conditions.
