VISUALIZATION AS A BASIC COMPONENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS’ ORAL SPEECH SKILLS AT A MILITARY UNIVERSITY

The article describes the process of visualization optimization as a basic component for the development of students’ oral speech skills at a military university. Classifications and features of visual aids application are considered, examples and principles of working with the investigated phenomenon are analyzed. The relevance of the topic is related to the search for new reserves of methods improvement of visual aids implementation in the educational process. The subject of study was educational materials developed by instructors in «Foreign language» and «Aviation English» disciplines based on the principle of system value. The author pays special attention to the specifics and analysis of work with the vocabulary and grammatical basis of speech connected with visual aids in performing a number of tasks at practical classes. It is noted that the practicability and effectiveness of visual aids application not only contributes to improving the quality of oral skills learning but also develops communicative competence and intellectual skills of students.
