A MODEL FOR THE FORMATION OF HEURISTIC COMPETENCE OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Modern education, according to the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education (FGOS NOE), focuses on an active teacher who strives for professional growth, the study and application of new technologies that increase the effectiveness of the educational process. Currently, the problem of professional training of a specialist and his competence is an urgent one in education. The State educational standards state that primary education is the main and first stage of education. The main burden of responsibility lies with primary school teachers, who must have a high level of professional competence so that during their studies in primary school, younger students acquire their first knowledge of the world around them, communication skills and practical problem solving. The training of teaching staff requires quick decisions and modernization, because the education of younger students is updated annually and depends on the professionalism of the primary school teacher. In the article, the author offers a comprehensive model for the formation of heuristic competence of future primary school teachers, which will help in the training of teaching staff. Heuristic competence increases the professional level of a specialist, making him in demand in the labor market.
